Utterly disappointed

I placed an order online at around 1pm, I specified in the order I wish to receive my order at 5:30pm as I was at work and this is the time I would be home, I also received an sms to confirm my order as well as time I would receive it. I receive a call from the delivery to say they are waiting outside my house, the call was received at 4:10, I was not at home as I was at work. This is so unacceptable. I called to ask why this happened, I spoke to Sinphiwe the manager on call, he said he not sure why. I canceled my order and ordered with Pedro's, I never have an issue with them and if I do it is sorted with no problem. We pay so much for Nandos but the service is so bad. Why????????
