Utter Bad Service at month end

Well its month end and restaurants are expected to be busy, now to avoid the chaos I opted to call and collect my order from Nandos Tramshed in Pretoria Cbd. When I got there to collect, the paying and awaiting orders queues were extremely long yet I waited as I only needed to collect and go. Little did I know that I'd have to wait 45 minutes in queue just to pay!!!!!! This was because there were only 2 cashiers, 1 of whom left the till point 10 mins after I got there. I asked for the supervisor or manager and she (Nkateko) didn't bother to come. Eventually got to speak to her at the till and all she did was pass the buck to "the people that make the roster". As a manager, she should have checked her roster in time... Not when its month end and we're queing for 45 mins!!!!! Utter *******!!!!!!!!!!
