useless managers

I placed an order with nandos park town at 15:05 for 3 1/4 chick promo with extra sauce on all 3, they delivered my order at 16:08 only to find out that all my meat has no extra sauce actually no sauce at all. called the store and spoke to the manager by the name of thabisile tsotetsi who mentioned that she will bring me my correct order immediately. mistakenly I went to one of the ladies that order and already she has a piece of her meat so I explained to Thabisile the situation and she told me that actually Jabu Magabo who is her manager said they cannot change that meat as we have eaten it, my replacement order never came until 17:15 so basically I waiting for 2:30 hours to eat and to my surprise non of the 2 managers mentioned above cares. I have never received such an appalling service from any of the restaurant. thabisile is very rude and you can even feel her on phone that she has no clue what is customer service. then when your drivers gets here he was touching our food with his dirty hands saying he is doing his job. since I was so hungry and tired of fighting with thabisile I threw the food away as I was not going to eat something that was touched with bare hands.
