USELESS DELIVERY APP

I am so disappointed in Nandos. Yesterday I placed an order at the Nandos in Fordsburg at 19:44 via the Nandos Delivery App. The ETA was 19:44, it is currently the next day 09:53 and I have not received my order. I called the restaurant multiple times and they told me they were getting a driver to deliver my food, I still have not received my food!!!!!! What is the purpose of the delivery app if my food is not going to get delivered??!! What's worse is that I was not even getting any update or notification from the restaurant, I had to be the one who calls the restaurant and I was being given different stories every time I called!! I am NEVER EVER ordering from Nandos again!!!!
