Useless and disappointing

I ordered my foon 13h05 on the Mr D app The driver phoned me like 4 times telling me she got lost how on earth do you get a job as a delivery person and you get lost after I gave you the exact directions over the phone 2 times already... and then to make it all even worse there was no cutlery or butter in my bag with my food I phoned 14h29 the the number for the secunda branch that's provided on Google and the lady I spoke to said she will get back to me Again I phoned 14h56 to follow up coz till now I could not eat my food of which it is ice cold already and still haven't received the butter for my roll the time now is 16h03 and I haven't received anything. If I were at home it wouldn't be a problem but I am at work. Receipt for order accepted by Nando's Secunda Secunda (#DFD***)
