Useless and a waste of time

While driving on the N1 from Polokwane to Pretoria, just before the pumlani toll plaza, I spot some wonderful restaurants on a bridge above the N1, I stop and decide to have some lunch with my wife, son and daughter, at about 12:15 I order 1 full+4 sharing, my kids enjoy the wonderful view of the N1 and we are all awaiting our meal, 30 minutes later and the meal is still not at our table, people who ordered after me eat their meals and some of them even leave while we are still waiting, I stand up and go to the counter to ask why my order is taking for ever, I am given a very stupid answer, “the chicken is the reason for the delay” I mean people who ordered after me eat chicken but mine is delaying, almost 45 minutes later the food arrives at our table and guess what, we have to request for plates, sources, and serviettes, I am very disappointed at the service we received from this restaurant, it’s unlike the brand, my kids love Nando’s very much but they made it clear to me that they want nothing to do with it ever again, the manager has the nerve to tell me that I had to go to the counter and push them to give me my order, I mean no one pushes me at my workplace, so I don’t expect to push anyone for them to work, I’m a discovery vitality member and enjoy my vitality meals at Nando’s, I will also take this up with them so that they can worn all their clients about this useless branch,
