Urgently Requires New Management
I went2Nandos Harrismith on19Mar at 08h55&received the worst service ever,new management urgently required.While placing my order to sit,they didn't have buns,pitas&paddle pops which is included in cost of kids meals&they weren't prepared or able to replace it with anything else.After45minutes&also trying to find out where my order was a female waiter didn't want to assist us in finding where my order was,cause she just walked passed&didn't even respond when we tried calling her&the store wasn't busy at all.I then called the number on the slip cause the manager was nowhere.Lawrence has shocking management skills&is probably the last person that should be left to manage any store.He wasn't unable to explain why we didn't receive our order yet,he said they didn't have much stock cause they ran out of stock&he then tried to bride us with free paddle pops which was paid for included in the kiddies meals that they didn't have stock when I ordered but magically appeared.He then brought us the wraps&kiddies meals that were cold&the wraps were fill with water due to the veggies sitting in it for a while.When I asked him if he'll eat something like that,he said its extra sauce.His an IDIOT.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
