Unwelcoming Service
On the 29th of December I made my way to the Nando's branch in Sandton City to have lunch, as usual, after half-a-days work. I was then wonderfully assisted by a gentleman in the cash-desk: helping me pick out what to eat, adding alternatives and giving me exceptional service. <br> <br> I then made my way to my table to wait for the food. Then a lady, by the name of Kaya, unpleasantly brought my food. She did offer me her greetings. But when I thanked her and asked for sauce she got angry and looked at me for a while then pointed to the left. Not understanding what this meant I asked her. She then said \Self-service". I asked her is this how things are done"
