Unsatisfied customer

On the 7th of Oct 2024 I went to Nondo's at Potchefstroom and the experience was the worst. I ordered full chicken with 2 sides (spicy fries and garlic rolls) and a half chicken, I specifically asked for extra source and I was served a dry chicken with plain fries. What annoys me the most is that when I drove to the the next window to pay I confirmed my order with the guy that was assisting me, and I even reminded him about the extra source, when I collected my order I asked again if they've put the source and the guy just nodded his head. This was not the first incident, same thing happened multiple times at Klerksdorp and I never complained.

Can You Nandos Management advise us if they dont want to provide extra anymore. This thing of asking for extra sauce and not getting it is annoying and unacceptable.
