I bought a boujee bowl from Nandos trade route mall today. When I got home the bowl had 1 little piece of spinach leaf and a very small piece of burnt red pepper. How do you advertise this bowl and say it Consists of spinach leaves when you will only throw in a tiny leaf and say it also has red peppers when you only throw in just a mini red pepper. Not to mention the chicken strips that I couldn't even chew on. I feel totally disappointed and completely disrespected by this. Is this what Nandos does to their consumers knowing so well that they will only open their order at home. I ended up throwing the whole bowl in the bin out of anger and frustration.
Nandos needs to start serving their takeaway customers the same way they serve their sit in consumers. The fact that I as a takeaway customer will only open the product at home does not mean I should be cheated of my money.
