Unsatisfactory Service

I bought Mandos at Lenasia Mall on Saturday.The chicken was burned and overcooked.The gave me the wrong order. I went to the store to lay a complain. The manager told me that there’s nothing they can do ,is the standard way of cooking their chicken and walk away. The lady didn’t have the audacity to apologise.I left the remaining meat with them and left.
