Unrecognized client by shop manager and the staff

Unreliable and pathetic service at Nando's Tram shed Pretoria Central. I've order a platter at 09H50 and requested the order to collected at 11H15 and when went there the at around 11h30 the order was not prepared at our arrival and we told that the system was offline and no communication was sent to me to say the system was off .And the staff or manager s attitude was not accepted and after that we walked from central to Visage street because our driver left us as he has to procure another duties at the office because of the long wait. The manager was very arrogant to us when we try to explain the time wasted waiting for our order ,we have noticed that some costumers who ordered online after us they received their orders without time delay. it shows that she was not honest and *********** to us, this matter need an urgent attention. There is no sense of emergency and the manager was aggressive towards client.
