Unprofessional service at Nando's Lynnwood Lane
Very bad service @ Nando's Lynnwood Lane just now. Got there at 10am n was told they’ll open at 10:30am. I asked how long it would take for the chicken to be ready after 10:30, the lady said 8 minutes. Went back to my car n returned exactly @ 10:30, the lady now said chicken will now take extra 20 minutes, meaning around 11am. Have never been this ****ed, in particular because I would have been @ my destination by now. Ntlaaaaa, I immediately walked away.Unprofessional

01 Sept 2022, 10:54Drove straight to Nando's Queenswood and was assisted by a lady named Sophy. Very nice welcoming and she explained all the promotions they are running with a smile, even brought my takeaway to me within 8 minutes of placing the orders. Nando’s branches really have kind & bad employees. Thanks Sophy😇
