Unprofessional Service

I ordered today around 12:00. It now 14:45 and I’m still waiting for my order. I tried to call the Tramshed restaurant and not one picks up. I went on the Nandos complaints page I got a stating that I should receive my order soon but still nothing.

I’m very dissatisfied. They are really unprofessional.
