Unprofessional Nando’s Staff

This review is about Nando’s Parktown North. It is one of the most unprofessional fast food restaurants I know. There is always something. I went there today and several of their staff were lounging at the best tables. There are three booths, which were all occupied by staff looking at their phones. There are three tables on the couch along the wall, two were occupied by staff, all on their phones, listening to loud videos. When the one guy left, his phone remained charging on the table, this ensuring that customers could not occupy it. There is a window by the kerb where Uber drivers collect orders. Two of the staff were standing there carrying on a loud social conversation with one of the Uber drivers waiting outside. All in all a very cacophonous and unpleasant experience. I won’t be going back there.
