Unprofessional Most horrific, nasty and cold service

Made an online purchase this morning @10:24 for 15:00 collection, fully paid online. Got at the store just after 15:15 and to my surprise the other was not there. There was load shedding. The manager Veli said there is no such other. He therefore requires the other number. Response to say I didn't bring my phone with however I always order online and the info I provide suffice for me to get my order. He then called Zakhele and then called Thuli. Thuli came at me with a nasty attitude telling me if Nandos call center didn't send her the order there's nothing she can do. She started talking nonsense putting words in my mouth. She's an extreme terrible listener. She ended up confusing herself telling that she knows the nandos system and online order customer receipt doesn't have the client name on it🙄. She further indicated I'll get my money after 2weeks. The manager called her I think because she's bossy n bosses customers. I left the store without my order.

The next thing they keep on calling and when I answer they hang up. What kinda service is this store.

These people are playing games with my money and time.
