UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER
<p>Our family had ordered supper through their call centre and we were asked if we wanted extra basting sauce on the chicken, so we said yes. Upon receiving our order, there was no basting sauce and the chicken was dry. We then called the call centre and spoke to the gentleman that assisted us and requested to speak to the manager at this call centre. Her name was Annalene. She was the most unhelpful and unprofessional manager. She had no customer service at all. She has no people s****s and didnt build a rapport with us as their customers.All she did was make excuses and avoid the questions that we asked her. She needs to learn to treat her customers fairly and with respect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disappointing...</p>
