Unprofessional

I was disappointed with the service at the drive-through. The lady taking orders was very rude and unprofessional when speaking over the microphone. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and I feel she would benefit from additional training on how to communicate politely and respectfully with customers. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the service for future customers.
