Unhygienic and not good service!

Evening we visited Emperors Casino and decide to buy our take out supper Nandos as we so not prefer to sit in due to the pandemic we facing .Firstly there is no social distancing , it is so full , people shoving and touching you around .as there are waiting for their orders , This was the worst by far the most scariest experience , due to pandemic and me losing loved ones because of the COVID and then secondly our order was all.wrong , which was even more upsetting , the piece of chicken we requested was not the right pieces , they gave us rice instead of two chips Then thirdly I watched the waitress taking the food , she had no gloves did not sanitise her hands after touching anything And then the person packing our food ,was also not hygienic , no gloves , touching the chips , bare , I mean we have a pandemic on our hands and we need to be safe in our hands as well , as stated I have had personal experiences with losing loved ones Honestly to be safe I wont visit NANDOS emperors ever again during this pandemic
