Unhappy with Nando's Platinum Square

Hi Nando's,

We are really disappointed with the received at your branch at Platinum Square, Rustenburg. We bought a full chicken with sides. Lemon and Herb and Extra Hot. The chicken arrived completely dry with n little drizzle on top. When we told the staff we were unhappy with the food received, we encountered attitude with no apology and they didn't even offer to replace the food. This is not the first time we experienced this at the very same branch. We love Nando's and we support you but the level of service and food we received was disgraceful for your brand.
