unhappy order

I had a very disappointing experience yesterday when I ordered a take away of a hot pot from Nando's Benmore gardens, when I got to work I was shocked to find just yellow rice and cabbage 2 stripes , no vegetables and chicken. the food wasn't appealing and appetizing as its supposed to. am very disappointed and nando's was my favorite eat out restaurant, am seriously unhappy at the service I got.
