Unhappy Nandos Carnival Mall customer

Ever since the new staff at Carnival Mall Nandos, the service has been appalling. I always get there and it's full which is not a problem but that also means that orders are taking too long. you then have to find a place to sit since it is full in the waiting area to then be forgotten and you don't even get an apology except for a look of disgust and unbothered from the front staff. we have always been buying from this establishment and the service has always been impeccable. This changed after they changed staff in December of 2023. I'm sorry but the new staff is rude and not ready to work in customer service
