Unhappy

I am very unhappy with the level of service I received from Nandos parktown last week Thursday I ordered and after waiting 3 hours for my food eventually it arrived when I checked the slip it was correct so I paid and got busy after 15 I went to eat when I opened it was an extra hot chicken when I ordered lemon and herb I ordered cheese and garlic rolls and they were super old I called and complained they said they will send someone to bring me the correct order I asked them to make it Friday as it was very late to my surprise its been a good 4 business days with no contact or delivery from them , I feel nondos has got zero respect for their customers and this is totally unacceptable the wrong has been sitting here for a good 4 days now Nandos parktown i am dissapointed
