Ordered food online which I did not receive due to late delivery. I am now being asked to provide BANK STATEMENTS to get my refund!?!?!?!?! I have never been asked by any company for my bank statements for a refund, not even for online payments. Nando's is making it difficult for customers to get a refund so that they may ***** the money from customers
