********* Behavior from Nandos Employees

On 30 December 2021, I decided to take my family out for lunch. I made the decision to go to Nandos Mall of Africa branch since it was new and the food is delicious. The waiters that were suppose to assist us was extremely rude and disrespectful. I did address it the Manager on duty not sure if anything was done.

On 15 January 2022 I decided to go to the same restaurant with my family and the same result. Lucky for me this time my order was not placed so I walked out and ate at a different restaurant.

To the management of Nandos kindly address this appalling behavior from your employees. Perhaps more training on manners is required?
