Undercooked chicken

Ordered a 1/4 chicken leg, full portion livers, garlic roll and peri wedges from Nandos in Gardens on 2 Oct. The chicken was white with no evidence of being flame grilled but figured it may because of the extra sauce. Proceeded to pull at the chicken with my fork for tasting and was greeted by redness in the middle. Drowning chicken in sauce does not make up for it being undercooked.
