Undelivered payed order

Nando’s service is very poor. I ordered food on Saturday the 14th and requted delivery. Until today as I write here they did not deliver my order or return my money. This is very disappointing as it is not the first time from different branches. My friend and I had to study on an empty stomach hoping our food will arrive. When we called they took us from pillar to post. But until now they still have my money and did not deliver my order. This is very unprofessional and unfair to customers.
