UNCOOKED FOOD AND BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF

<p>So I went to the Nandos in Westville mall , placed my usual order over the phone like i usually do as this I the closet one to where i live , every single time I order they always get something wrong with my order , either forget to put something in the bag or put something i never order in , so I was reluctant to order from them but since they were close to where I live i had no other choice , so upon arrival at home i noticed the they had put a leg piece instead of breast , so i called the lady and explained to her she had told me there’s nothing she can do as she is closing now, so i said fine , upon eating my food i noticed the chicken was RAW inside too my disgust i decided to let everyone know.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i want to know how does the standard of each nandos differ, is it not supposed to be the same ???</p> <p>I eat nandos minimum 4 time per week and each and everytime my order is right the staff is friendly and food tastes great , please someone help get this nandos in westville mall on track , otherwize i will have to relocate ....they just dont care about the customer !!! This is shocking especially in the food industry , maybe there staff need training , i dont know but all i can say out of every single nandos in durban this is the only one that seems to not care !!!!</p> <p> </p>
