Uncooked Food

I placed an order with the Nando's call center for delivery, I was told that my order will be delivered within the hour. After an hour my order had still not arrived, when I call the branch in Modderfontein I was told that the system had not captured the order and had to wait another 20 mins for them to prepare and deliver the meals.

When my order arrived it was awful, the chicken was not browned it was just steamed, there was no sauce, the wedges were also uncooked and raw. The rice and relish had no relish and it was mushy.

We normally eat inn at the Modderfontein Branch and the food is great but when you order for delivery the quality is really bad, this is actually my second bad experience with a delivery order.
