Unbelievable...I am never going to order or eat anything from there ever again
<p>I ordered food at 11:35 am,the order was processed and i was told by the lady who just took my order that the food should arrive in about 45minutes time,ok,so i waited,the delivery guy only arrived at my workplace at 13:45 pm and he started shouting at me when i asked him what took them so long and also if the food is still warm or not,i work in retail so customer service should have been Nando's first priority,i mean my boss even asked me why was the guy shouting at me beacause we also had clients in the store and they were also confused by the whole ordeal.Then i went and ordered Wimpy,15mins they delivered and I ate.</p> <p> </p> <p>THANK YOU Nando's FOR YOUR VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE.</p>
