UNBELIEVABLE
I CALLED NANDOS PARKTOWN AROUND 10:11AM TODAY TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY FOR A FRIEND OF MINE IN HOUGHTON, AND THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER(ANGEL IS HER NAME) TOLD ME THAT MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIIN 45 MINUTES, 45 MINUTES PASSED AND THERE WAS NOTHING, I CALLED AGAIN AFTER AN HOUR AND ANOTHER LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL CALL ME BACK BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO ASK HER MANAGER TO CALL THE DRIVER, I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM THAT LADY, I CALLED THE 3RD TIME AND A GUY ANSWERED AND HE SAID HE WILL CHECK ON THE ORDER AND CALL ME BACK. I WAITED 30 MINUTES AND STILL I GOT NO CALL FROM NANDOS, SUCH INCOMPETENCE. I CALLED AT 10:15AM HOPING THAT MY ORDER WILL BE DELIVERED TO MY FRIEND AROUND 11:AM BUT 3 HOURS LATER I'M STILL WAITING. HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN SUCH BAD SERVICE? IS IT ACCEPTABLE FOR ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER TO WAIT FOR THE ORDER FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS?????? GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!
