unacceptable treatment from former employer

to the employer and so called HR department that does not want to help with my funds. i have worked for this company and got fired last year and i returned their uniform as per our agreement and contract. i then stated to fill for my provident funds to be released and i got a response from the company stating that the will release the funds after 26 days, that never happened and i kept on phoning the company and they send me from one person and then to the other. i am not getting any help from my former employer and the hr department momentum said that they are waiting for a number from the employer and the employer said i should not phone them i should phone momentum. to start off with this is my money and its been 3 months now and still there is no hope or light as to when can i expect these funds. i will really appreciate it i could get their response before close of business tomorrow contact details ***
