Unacceptable poor delivery service by Nandos Pine Crest

I placed an order today 31/03/2021 for my management meeting at Nando's Pine Crest mall. Order number 9949/359991 the order was suppose to be delivered at 13:15 and at 15:00pm I was still chasing this order. Did about 5 follow ups and was told they cant get hold of the driver. did more follow ups and my calls were ignored.
