Unacceptable food
Food bought from Nandos in Amalinda - my husbands peri peri chicken livers (main meal) only filled quarter of the box and more sauce than chicken livers, my daughters chicken strips were so chewy she refused to eat the rest of forcing down 1 piece, my chicken wrap - the chicken also chewy and our large peri peri potato wedges which are usually lovely and crispy of the outside and fluffy on the inside when we buy from the Vincent branch, was soft and soggy and more like oversized slap chips. As we realised all this only once we had got home with our take away and it was quite a distance to drive back to the restaurant, I reported this on the Nandos website and received a call from the Manager, Archie, of Amalinda with an apology but no offer to refund our meal OR replace it with a meal from another branch. So money wasted on a meal no one could enjoy.<br> Saying this - we've never experienced any problems with the Nandos in Vincent.
