Unacceptable Customer Service (My heart broke today)
<p>I am a regular customer at Nandos Silverton (Pretoria), the service is always excellent. BUT TODAY, I almost jumped over the counter to get the service I deserve. I arrived an hourl early, knowing I had a meeting at 12pm. My till slip showed i payed at 11:18am, and i left there at 12:00. I kept on asking if my order was ready, people who came waaay after me, received theirs waaay before me. All I was waiting for , were 5 wings, WINGS. And the guys at the till had more respect for those with a lighter complection than me, but i din't get a simple hello like the rest. When I was complaining, they were busy laughing amongst each other. Me and my colleagus were really saddened and disgusted, nevermind late for a meeting with the Union. One more thing, we tried to call for a pick up/delivery, but their phone was not working. </p>
