****ty service from Nandos Maponya mall
I have never received such a ****ty service from a restaurant before, Nandos maponya mall, the service is HORRIBLE!!!
Firstly we waited for 15min to be seated, waited 20 minutes for drinks. The cuppacinos we ordered with my friends were Luke warm! Waited another 45 min to be served. The chicken was half done, we asked for the manager and she (Dimakatso) took her time, 25min to be precise,, she came and had no clue what she must do. Phiwe also, allegedly the manager, knows nothing about complains handling. Soooo ****ed!!
