Two times in one weekend, horrible Nandos service!!!!

Had one of the worst experiences ever this past weekend at Nandos Wonderpark. Saturday after work, I drove about 20kms just to get there because I had a craving for their lovely grilled chicken. I place an order for a full chicken and some extras, I give a special request for the chicken to be "well done". My order comes back, with a lovely sticker of "Well done". Upon arrival at home, we open the packaging and only to find the whitest chicken I had ever seen from Nandos, it looked like it was boiled not grilled. With the skin all rubbery even, nothing that would hint that this chicken was flame-grilled. We can't even finish one piece, I store the meat in a fridge overnight, I drive again back to Nandos on Sunday afternoon. I get greeted at the door by one of the managers, I explain my situation and he takes the chicken to the kitchen area, he asks me to sit in an area closed off while he tends to me. He pokes the meat with a folk a couple of times and comes back to me and tells me that I will be given another chicken of the same flavor. I wait for my chicken while waiting there; another manager storms towards me, with a rude attitude; he tells me to move out of that area and that its only staff allowed there. I try to explain to him that I was told to sit there, by someone who is not in the shop area anymore now. I stand up and move. I eventually get the chicken and leave. When I arrive home, the chicken does not have 8 pieces, its 6 now. And I have the good sense to believe that they tossed the same chicken I drove back to Nandos on the grill and gave it back to me again.

I am so disappointed at the service and the manner in which management at Nandos Wonderpark branch treated me as a paying customer. I drove almost 40kms this past weekend and they still could not offer me decent food I rightfully paid for.
