Twice charged

I had no problem with online purchase using wiCode until recently. On the 8th of June, I ourchad 2 orders, and only 1 went through, the other showed that it has been paid as codes were app****, but to my surprise when I went to the store to collect, I was told I must pay a balance of 269, where did my coupons go as they were redeemed? I emailed support with proof, they claim to have reactivated the coupons, but all of them have expired, what kind of service is this? On the 17th of this month again, I had similar issues as I had to pay an additional 167 for a paid order, I had lost over R350 coupons with Nando's, and you are doing nothing about it, if they don't work online, why do they redeem successfully, this is nonsense. I demand my coupons back, I don't care how as majority had expired, but I have lost a lot due to your incompetence.
