Truly unsatisfied with the service at Nando's N1 City.

I am a regular customer at Nando's and purchase from them at least twice a week.

Last night was a reason for me to never support the Nando's franchises again.

Firstly I called to place an order as I was in a hurry with hungry kids waiting at home, I was told they cannot assist me with a phone order, I would need to go into the branch.

When I got there, no one sanitised us or took our temperature as they normally do so we sanitised ourselves.

The store was almost empty and we placed our order, the lady said it would be 8-10 minutes.

People came in, placed their orders and all left before us. After about 25 minutes I got up and asked a few people if they had phone ordered and they said no they placed their order about 5 minutes ago and their food was ready.

I went to the guy packing the food and saw on the screen that he is assisting all orders after mine, at this point another lady jumped in as she saw how long we were waiting and told him to do ours next.

Then he packed our order and half of the order was missing, the lady had to jump in again to fill the rest of our order.

I was very upset and said I will not be going there again due to the service and long wait and the guy that messed everything up gave us a dirty look as if we did something wrong.

The lady was very graceful and apologised and said please come again

When i got home i noticed that my wrap was not tangy tomato it was mild, the fries that i specifically said are for kids had peri peri spice on it so they could not eat it and it went to waste.

A complete waste of money, i am truly disgusted.
