Trading hours oversighted
I am highly disappointed with the service rendered by Nandos here in Southgate next to McDonald's. I arrive at the restaurant at 10:20am and the waiter tells me they are close and only opening at 11:00am, this is false information. Their trading hours is stipulated on the window that it's 10:00am to 22:00 night. This is not fair, we deserve to be treated with respect. This is the reason why the business falls apart, such thing being taken for granted.

15 May 2021, 10:15Thank you for reverting back to me. However, your staff members needs to be empowered with crucial training in customer service and service recovery to your customers. It's very much disappointing and disturbing experience to learn that your customers are taken for granted. Least of things greeting customers when they walk in before you sanitize them.
