Trade Route Nandos Bad Service

Nandos Trade Route has provided me with a bad service twice on month end dates. Yesterday on 01-11-2021 l waited for 30 minutes before l received my order which was prepared well. I didn’t receive full 8 pieces of chicken instead l received 6. The drive through receives a better service than those who have decided to purchase inside the restaurant. I also had another incident where l bought a chicken wrap and it didn’t have a salad but only strips and a source. Not so pleased with their poor service . I am a huge fan of Nandos as I normally purchase online and l receive my food the Nandos way.
