Total Disregard of customer care
Boskruin Nandos I have experienced a very bad service that shocked me . I had to wait for my order from 12H45 now is 14H20 still not arrived. No explanation given no appolgies Order 6443. Previously i had soft drink ordered with meals in December it never arrived even today . The manager also not so helpful at all and sound not really interested . I will never use that branch they treat people like door mats not customers it looks like they doing us huge favor by selling us chicken.
We have experienced such service not once or twice most of the time and I wonder if they not interested in keeping their clients.
