Top up the food service delivery please

Delivery on time was perfect. Hotpot also good but don't like the size of the onion pieces in it. I feel like they were very lazy chopping it up. Other hotpot from other stores take pride in the presentation of the hotpot. And then last thing, when ordering Nando's Chicken Livers and Roll - is the roll not supposed to be in it's own packaging. Mine was just thrown into my bag with the other food. I feel this is very unsanitary. This is delivery from Nando's Benmore.
