Took over 1 hour to give me my food.
Firstly I called and waited for 10 minute no answer and I was second in the queue. I placed my order at 18:36 to which when asked about the phone I got told they don't answer they busy I laughed as it thought it was a joke which she was serious as I later heard the phone continuously ringing.<br> I ordered at 18:36 to which was told 12-15 minute I then went to the spar bought groceries and returned after 20minutes to give them sufficient preparation time to which they said no not ready.<br> I waited till 19:00 and eventually went and asked once again which I was completely ignored. I stood and waited behind 4 or 5 client whom all were waiting for there food. I stood behind the same customer for another 30 minute to which the gentleman whom ordered after me received his food and I then asked for help to which I was ignored by the manager when I asked for the manager he ignored me till the other manager pointed him out. HE completely IGNORED ME to which a man behind me started shouting at them to which they eventually took my slip.<br> I eventually got my food at 19:51 which is over a hour I feel this unacceptable and manager didn't even apologize. <br> Worst part my FOOD was ICE COLD.
