Too sick and tired for the normal BAD service!!!!

I am utterly disgusted by the service one always receives at Nandos Benmore. As I have no other option, this branch is the closest I can order from. The waiters are always busy and never attend to your requests when collecting your food. My order has been mixed up just as I sit down in the office to enjoy my meal. I was once told that i must wait as they are busy and surprisingly when another person arrived after me, they were assisted, not knowing if it was because of their skin color. Nonetheless this disgusting and disappointing service has to stop as i am sure i am not the only person who experiences this nonsense!!!!
