Toby is the worst restaurant manager i have known
I bought a full chicken meal for takeaway only to realise my friends wanted to sit down and we had bought a 2 litre juice which we assumed would be fine to drink there and we were advised we could not drink anything bought somewhere other than nandos so I called the manager Toby and he advised that this is policy but for such a regulation I think legally you guys are suppose to have signage outside the establishment advising of this rule cause I have been eating nandos all the time but it is the first time I have heard of this. Toby said I am welcome to complain and had a very arrogant attitude and I am disgusted this is the calibre of managers you guys employ because any reasonable manager could have diffused the issue better so I suggest nandos get a different manager. As a result I no longer want to buy from nandos at all and I am contemplating putting this complaint on facebook, I am a platinum account holder and I am disgusted with the type of manager you guys employ, furthermore I couldn't even enjoy my food because one of the waitresses kept on walking past to check if we were drinking the juice treating me and my friends like *********
