Thought Franchises supposed to be the same.

Hi <br> <br> Firstly it seems if you only report or complain on Hello Peter that you actually reply. Firstly my issue is why must I tell your branches all the time to make my chicken well done? Is this a steak house? Did you know chicken is supposed to come out well done and not supposed to be asked for or else the person can contract semolina? <br> <br> Secondly why is it that extra hot is different from 3 diff branches, Observatory, Tyger Valley and Strand? I dont get this as this is a franchise. One branch extra hot is hot the way I like it then the rest taste like they have diluted the basting sauce with vinegar?
