This is poor service and arrogance from Nando's
Nando's customer care is not helpful at all. i called ********** 332 to complain about a shocking service i got from Nondo's Horizon view Roodepoort . where i had to wait for over an hour for my meal, it got worse when i got home the meal was incorrect, i order lemon and herb i discovered was give hot.. i don't eat anything hot that was a waste of my money. i was never called back. till i called back last week to ask the about the progress made as the given time frame for feedback had passed, i was told Nando's horizon will call me no call was made to me by Horizon Nando's. This is poor service and arrogance from Nando's. i want my money back.
