I thought I wouldn't share this but Manager "Thandi" just phoned only to shout at me about my honest review about my order and Service I received complaining why I said she was rude?

I made a order via an App but She said the problem is my Network I didn't complete my order they couldn't pick up my order but their call center were able to pick up my payment. I didn't receive what I have order She **** saying the pap is not ready while they didn't even start preparing it. Lastly she didn't even apologize for any inconvenience caused because I had to wait instead she kept putting a blame on me that I need to call next time if I didn't receive order number.
