There is always something wrong with my order

I haven’t ordered from Nando’s in so long because there is always something wrong with the order, but I decided to give them another chance and then this happens. Friday 28 November: I ordered a veggie burger as take away and when I opened it, it had fallen apart. The patty had crumbled. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. Saturday 29 November: I ordered 3 veggie burgers through Mr D and got chicken burgers. I am a vegetarian. It clearly says ‘plant based patties’ on my Mr D receipt. The order number on the Nando’s receipt is Chk 7277. I want a refund. They are welcome to come and collect the food which is now just sitting in the fridge.
